Your role is essential to continue to build the Apoyar culture.

 

Your role will involve the profiling, approaching and screening of candidates within the Software Development space, encompassing Technical and Sales roles.

 

You should be / have:

 

  • Experience in resourcing tech / engineering roles
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
  • Proficient in sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment and delivery
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace, delivering at least 8 candidate profiles per week
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates and building candidate talent pools
  • Significant experience in Tech Recruitment - direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment
  • Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
